Ahead of this year's AGM we have launched an AGM microsite containing this year's documents. This includes the 2016 and 2017 annual reports, the 2016 AGM minutes, and the 2017 AGM motions and candidate statements.
All registered supporters, associates and members are invited to visit the microsite at nhap.org/agm-2017-agenda-and-information/ (nhap.org login required)
Following last year's successful online voting, we are once again offering our members the chance to vote online ahead of the AGM. We will once again be using Election Runner, which is an inexpensive, secure, third-party voting site. Full party members should receive an email the weekend before the AGM with their voting login details.
Voting will be held online in the week running up to the AGM, and will remain open until the motions segment of the AGM. This is to allow those unable to attend the AGM the opportunity to vote. Members attending the AGM are asked if possible to vote online ahead of the day. Members without internet access are welcome to register for the AGM and vote in person, or contact our membership secretary to arrange for a proxy vote.
